Workshops
Included: Fee includes workshop, continental breakfast (morning workshops), breaks, lunch (afternoon workshops) and syllabus for workshops.

CME Accreditation: The Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4.0 hours (for each workshop) in category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Registration Limitations: Please note limitations. Pre-registration of workshops is available to SCA Members only. If space is available, workshops will be open to non-members on site. Exception: Members of the American Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists (ASCCA) may attend the Critical Care Medicine Workshop.

23rd Annual Meeting
Location: All scientific sessions and workshops will be held at the Vancouver Trade and Exhibition Centré, Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Included: Scientific fee includes (4) continental breakfasts, (7) coffee breaks, (2) lunches, (1) reception and the meeting syllabus.

Accompanying Person Fee: The Accompanying Person Fee provides for admission to the Monday evening reception, hospitality suite and exhibit hall. This fee does not include lunch in the exhibit hall on Monday and Tuesday.

Perfusionists' Recertification Points: The American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion has allotted this meeting a total of 28.6 CEU credits.

Refund Policy
For the Workshops, Annual Meeting, Roundtables and Social Program, a full refund will be provided through March 30, 2001; an 80% refund will be provided from March 31 through April 13, 2001. After April 13, 2001, the Society will not refund any registration fees. Refunds will be determined by the date the written cancellation is received.

Hotel Reservations
A hotel reservation form is included in this program. In order to receive the group rate, please send your completed hotel reservation form directly to the hotel. All rooms are subject to availability. Reservations may not be guaranteed past the cut-off date of April 4, 2001.
