Condominiums are located slopeside above the Snowmass Village Shopping
Plaza. These beautifully appointed 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums
feature exposed beam ceilings and handsome brick fireplaces. Each
bedroom has its own private bath and the kitchens are fully
equipped. All units have private decks to enjoy the wonderful
vistas. Amenities include complete laundry facilities, elevators, and
covered parking, plus easy access to the conference center, pools and
hot tubs. THE LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM SUITES: Offers
home away from home comfort. Located on the slopes of the Snowmass Ski Area,
The Laurelwood is only steps away from the Conference Center, Village Mall, and
ski school. Each studio features a queen bed, top quality sleeper sofa, fully
equipped kitchen with microwave, wood burning fireplaces, partition privacy
door, TV/VCR's and CD players. Additionally, the Laurelwood offers on-site
management and front office, laundry facilities, and daily (except Sunday)
housekeeping. Guests may choose either of the neighboring swimming pools and
hot tubs. LICHENHEARTH CONDOMINIUMS: These studio and one-bedroom
condominiums are in a prime ski-in, ski-out location, adjacent to the Fanny
Hill ski lift and a short shuttle ride from the Snowmass Conference Center. All
condominiums feature a fireplace, private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include a heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, covered parking, and free
laundry facilities. The units are serviced every-other-day by our housekeeping
staff. SNOWMASS MOUNTAIN CHALET: Discover one of Snowmass Village's best kept secrets! At

ski slope! This 64 room Chalet has a perfect location, ski-in, ski-out,
adjacent to the ski slopes and the Snowmass Village Mall. The rooms were
completely renovated in the fall of
1998; they feature Colorado log furniture with the warm colors of a true
mountain lodge, color cable television, HBO, refrigerators, hair dryers,
humidifiers and breathtaking views of the valley. Other amenities include complimentary airport transfers to and from the
Aspen/Snowmass Airport and around the Village, weekly welcome party, outdoor
heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, meeting rooms and
underground parking. POKOLODI LODGE: One
of Snowmass Village's most popular
and affordable lodges. Conveniently
located adjacent to the Village Mall and to the Snowmass Ski Area, the Pokolodi
prides itself on service and family
friendliness. Each room is equipped with color cable TV, refrigerators,
coffee makers, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and balconies. Relax in the
outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast each morning in the lobby.

Village Mall, the Stonebridge Inn is very accessible. The Stonebridge Inn went
through a complete renovation recently and continues to upgrade every year.
Offering 3,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site catering services and
audio visual equipment, the property is great for a group of any size. Features
include 95 lodge rooms, including five suites with balconies, on-site catering
service department, full service restaurant, outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs,
and sauna facilities. There are mini-refrigerators, coffee makers and
humidifiers in every room. All rates are very reasonable and include a deluxe
Continental Breakfast. TIMBERLINE: The Timberline consists of 87
individually owned lodge and condominiums. Ranging from efficiency studios to 3
bedrooms. Choose from 8 types of units that are tastefully decorated. Our
accommodations feature cable color TV's, VCR's, CD Players, in-room safes,
fully equipped kitchens, daily maid service and hotel amenities. On site you
will find Butch's Lobster Bar and Lounge, an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna,
large picnic area with a gas grill, and laundry facilities. We have courtesy
vans to and from the Aspen Airport, a free video library, and free local phone
calls. THE
WILDWOOD LODGE: Located
directly above the Village Mall, 50 yards from the ski slopes, and adjacent to
the Snowmass Conference Center, the Wildwood is just steps from everything
Snowmass Village has to offer. Our 5,000 square feet of in-house meeting space
accommodates up to 225 people. Providing a comfortable mountain lodge
atmosphere, our 150 guestrooms and six suites offer mini-fridges, coffee
makers, humidifiers, and satellite TV. Fireplaces are available in select
rooms. Guests enjoy the Wildwood's Village Steakhouse, one of the most popular
restaurants in Snowmass, where a complimentary hot buffet breakfast is served
every morning during the ski season. The lodge also features a cozy lobby bar
with a fireplace. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool,
complimentary Aspen airport transportation, slopeside ski storage, concierge
and bell service, health club access, and laundry facilities. Discount lift tickets are only available for guests staying in one of the above lodges within the group block.
Note: Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. The above rates do not include state and local taxes, which are currently 10.4%. Check-in time is 4 pm and
check-out time is 11 am. Pets are not permitted in the rooms.
Deposit / Cancellation Policies
Minimum night stay: 5
Deposit: Two nights lodging due within 10 days of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival, except Stonebridge Condos: 50% lodging due within
10 days of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If guest cancels 60 days prior to arrival, full refund less $50 handling fee. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, deposit is
forfeited unless room is re-booked. There will be a $50 fee whether room is re-rented or not.
Cut-off Date: January 11, 2003
