Send cover letter, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation from cardiac faculty at residency institution, and letter from program director (all required for interview). After all candidates have been interviewed, committee will select cardiac anesthesia fellow.

Annual Salary: $42,561
Minimum Length of Training: 12 months
