Distribution of cardiac cases: 60% CABG, 25% Valves, 10% Congenital

Operating Room equipment available: transesophageal echocardiography, ECG ST segment analysis, transcranial Doppler, mixed venous oximetry, continuous cardiac output, evoked potentials, cerebral blood flow/transcranial Doppler

Special features, requirements or comments about program: A young, very aggressive, forward-thinking group of attendings with a unique cooperative interaction with surgeons. The strong points are coagulation management, TEE and clinical research.
