I think the proposal to post your newsletter on the website is an excellent idea. The only suggestion I would make is that since I do not regularly browse that site, it would be helpful to receive an e-mail reminder when the newsletter is posted or perhaps an electronic version of the newsletter could be sent as an attachment to that reminder.
