The Virtual SCA Newsletter

What has happened to the SCA Newsletter? The purpose of this message is to announce that we have decided to gradually phase out production of the printed SCA Newsletter and produce a virtual one that will be posted on our website, at www.scahq.org. Beginning with this issue, a portion of the Literature Review is being shifted to the website, and this process will continue. Note that the table of contents in this issue includes information on the sections of the Newsletter published only on the website.

We hope that this pleases you, but realize that some will miss the portability and convenience of a paper document. Please note that you can still print any portion of it from the website using your Internet browser's print button. There are several reasons why we made this decision. The decrease in paper usage is environmentally sound and the expenses of production and postage can be better spent for other worthwhile purposes.

Some of us will have to adjust to retrieving information from websites. But think of this as a learning experience and use it to enhance your Internet proficiency. We await your feedback and hope that most of it will be in the form of e-mail. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation as we push the SCA forward.
